What should be Done.

Today India is the biggest growing democracy. India is the country having more than 40% people in the agegroup of 18 to 30.
Our Constitution says that ALL are EQUAL, and there can be no discrimation on the basis of caste, creed, society , color, ethinicity.
Once again Reservation is on the cards, Leaders are playing their games once again.
We, The People of INDIA, have to understand that political leaders are not going to do any thing for any one. This is only the game for votes. They are playing the policy of divide and rule. They are dividing the students. Students from the backward classes are also shining. There are also meritorious students in them.
All should get equal opportunities, If Govt. is really concerned for the better of the really needy persons they should help the economialy weaker students. Here this is not the question if the student belongs to any caste or creed, He/She can be of any religion or any caste.
How can our govt. Suppose that children of all the upper caste families do have enough sources and children of lower caste don't have enought sources? Do it means that all Brahmins, Jats and so called upper caste persons have enough money. Everyone knows the truth. Poor and rich are in every caste and every religion.

If Govt. really want to help the needy they can do lots of things. Financial help should be provided to Economically weaker students irrespective of their caste or religion. Students who can't pay should be supported by the Govt. upto the competitive level. But when the competitive leverl comes they it should be only the merit for the admission and nothing else. after admission also financial help can be provided to the weaker studetnts irrespective of the caste and religion.

We are ONE. This is the time to show it.

Dont u think that the action against the medical students in Mumbai,Delhi was simply brutal. These guys are not terrorist, these are not the people belonging to any political party, these are not the people who have done any offence any crime, then why this kind of action has been taken against them. Simply because they are not from any particular community, or any particular cast and they are helpless. These are the people who are fighting for their own rights. Every morning i read the news paper anxiously to read editorial, i find nothing about this in that. After having been done all this against protestors not a single politician has favoured these guys, not a single politician has condemned the very offence against them. I read times everyday, i have not seen a single editorial in it regarding this issue. Why is it so? Simply because these people are well educated and favour to these people will not make any addition to their vote banks. Some times I feel are we moving towards communism, the reservation for this cast, for that cast. The reservation in Private sector, Reservation in Higher Education, Initially for this cast then for that
one then another one then again another one. How long how long this is going to happen. The business person is not supposed to do his business freely he has been forced to have reservation, Is it a democracy. I am not the person who is totally against of reservation, I can understand for the growth of Nation and for its development every one shud be educated. But that should be up to high school. When we talk this to nay politician The answer is they do have reservation for high school, but that is not enough, why that is not enough? Because politicians never care about the implementation of all their policies. They just go on investing and ultimately wasting the amount in making policies. They have number of poilcies, but people dont know about these, then the answer is people are not ready to take advantage of their policies. Now if people in village dont know about those how they will be able to take advantage of those. We also dont know, simple reason for that is thtas not for we people, thats of no use to us. But then do we think taht amount invested in these are the taxes paid by we people. no we dont. Instead of giving reservation in jobs and for graduation if they care for implementation of their primary policies that will be much fruitfull. But no they wont do this because they care for their vote banks, and their Black Money, I am not saying every politician is corrupted but then some how they dont care about the implementation at grass root level. I used to think this will end some day, but i was wrong this is going on and on., And it will if we dont do anything now. Instead of reservation why government doesnt open seperate schools and colleges for seperate cast people.
Dont worry if we dont go against it now this may happen in future. And we will be again their in History. Castism is something we are looking to forget and these politicians ultimately trying to repeate History. We are the people with white collar, we are the professionals, but we are humans we are citizens of this nation. If this cant agitate our heart now then we are not humans, or we are blind, we dont have vision, or we dont care about our nation, our people, our future generation, or simply we are not brave enough to go against this. when does a kid knows about his cast, that he belong to SC,ST NT,OBC,OPEN? have u ever think of that. After 12th std when he looks to get admission for graduation and every time after that when he faces this reservation criterian. And after discussing the reservation in the private sector these people talk about Brain Drain.

Look at we people, we are the IT professionals, look at our strength, just in Pune atleast 1 lakh people are IT professionals. If we go against this, If support these medical and Engg students , If we gather on road for protest, just think about this. Few of the IT professionals in Banglore joined the protest, why not all , dont u think that these guys are doing right thing, and government is acting hard to them.
Some of you who knows me may think Adya u was not like that, but there is always a limit to tolerance and now for me this has crossed its limits. I am a selfish person, and all of us are, we cant see this happening to our nation, to our people, to we people. coz ultimately we are gonna suffer from this, if not now in future we will.
Forward this mail to all ur friends in IT field, to HR in ur organization, discuss this issue, n start protesting about this.
In a very planned manner. we shud be on roads of pune by next Saturday. Only 10 people can also make difference. Those who are not in pune start this in the city they belong to, if i get 10 people I will be the 11th, and we togeather will be on roads of pune. Do forward this to HRs in ur organization. Ask them for their cooperation.

Lets decide, lets show our strength against this dirty politics, lets not do it this time "Chalta hain chalne do, Hota hain hone do" , dont think what can we do, fact is, only we can do, just try to know our strength,

lets share our ideas,
lets share our thoughts,
lets make it a goal,
our goal, and
lets find a way,
togeather to walk,
and togeather to stay.
Long Long we will go,
and every time we will say,
"Nothing can part us,
and no one of us can astray,
all the miseries we will face,
and we will do it anyway,
we will do it togeather,
n will do it our way"
